Store your car, boat or trailer inside one of our barns on gravel. Cost is $22/linear foot of overall length of the item including trailer tongues and hitches. Item(s) will be placed in storage starting October 22, 2024. Drop off times must be arranged by calling the LAS office at (705) 324-5551 at least 2 days prior. Item(s) pick up will commence March 31, 2025. You will be contacted by phone or email when your item(s) is ready to be removed. Please respect that items must be taken out in order and therefore when you are notified, pick-up arrangements must be made within 2 days. An alternate pick up person is permitted. There will be ZERO TOLERANCE FOR AGGRESSIVE OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS STAFF.

Permission to Move

By checking this box I hereby give permission to the Lindsay Agricultural Society to move my boat, trailer or travel trailer should it be blocking someone from removal of their item(s) after two attempts to contact me at the phone numbers and/or email address provided. I hold LAS harmless and free from liability or responsibility for any losses which might be incurred from moving said item(s). Please note that the LAS reserves the right to move any item that is blocking the removal of other items after attempting to contact a person at the numbers provided.

Terms and Conditions

By checking the boxes below and paying the storage fee, I am hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions of placing my item(s) in storage at the Lindsay Exhibition Grounds. Please check each item to indicate agreement.

Term *

This agreement shall be in effect from October 22, 2024 to March 31, 2025.

Use of Facility *

Access to the LAS property is limited to regular business hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, unless other arrangements have been made with LAS staff. If the Licensee chooses to provide their own cover or tarp, the LAS is not responsible for the care and maintenance of the cover or tarp. All motorized vehicles must have their batteries disconnected.

Payment and Cancellation *

The Licensee shall pay all fees identified on the front page of the contract or within the online form, in full before the item(s) are permitted to be stored. If cancellation of this storage agreement occurs on or before October 21, 2024, there will be a 100% refund. There will be no refunds issued after October 21, 2024.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP *

Item(s) will be placed in storage starting October 22, 2024. Drop off times must be arranged by calling the LAS office at (705) 324-5551 at least 2 days prior. Item(s) pick up will commence March 31, 2025. You will be contacted by phone or email when your item(s) is ready to be removed. Please respect that items must be taken out in order and therefore when you are notified, arrangements for pick up must be made within 2 days. An alternate pick up person is permitted. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS STAFF. A fee of $50 per day will be charged for each day the item remains in storage beyond two days after the first contact asking for its removal. The overstay fee will be due before the item may leave the LAS Grounds.

Liability *

The Licencee agrees to hold LAS harmless and free from liability or responsibility for any losses which might be incurred from pilfering, water damage, fire, accident, rodent or any other cause, and is also responsible to insure the item against any such loss or damage.
