2020 Festival Display Entry Form

Please fill out all the fields in the entry form below to enter a display in the 2020 Merry & Bright Festival. There is no cost to entering a display. Some things to remember when creating your display:

  • The display will be outside for the full duration of the festival.
  • You do not need to staff the displays.
  • You don’t need to supply a generator as you will be located close to a 15 amp/110v outlet. However, you will need to supply an extension cord from the display to the electrical outlet. Almost all the displays will be within 50′ of an outlet.
  • All the displays will be located within the interior fenced area of the LEX Grounds, which will be locked each night.
  • Displays need to be set-up and lit by 7:00pm on December 15th. Display tear-down can begin once the fireworks show is complete on December 31st.
